1. Validation service
Listing File Fix is an independent beta tool that analyzes selected inventory-file structure and presents possible guided fixes. The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon.
2. No payment is taken
The displayed $9.99 and $19.99 offers are demand-validation offers. Checkout is not live. Clicking a repair offer does not create a purchase, subscription, or payment obligation, and no payment details are collected.
3. No guarantee of acceptance
Analysis results are informational and may be incomplete. Amazon can reject a file because of catalog state, category rules, permissions, locked attributes, existing ASIN relationships, or other conditions the uploaded file does not reveal. We do not guarantee that Amazon will accept a corrected or resubmitted file.
4. Your responsibilities
- Use the service only for files and catalog data you are authorized to manage.
- Review every proposed decision and verify product facts before submission.
- Maintain your own original-file backup and follow current Amazon template instructions.
- Do not use the service to upload malware, probe infrastructure, disrupt access, or violate another party’s rights.
5. File handling
Supported files are parsed locally in the browser. Raw file bytes and workbook contents are not intentionally transmitted to our servers. See the Privacy Policy for analytics and submitted-contact data.
6. Availability and changes
The service may change, pause, or stop during validation. Error rules, supported templates, offers, and early-access availability may be modified without notice. We may restrict abusive or harmful use.
7. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your files and catalog information. The site, software, copy, and product design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law requires otherwise.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The validation service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost sales, listing downtime, catalog changes, rejected submissions, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
