1. The short version
Your selected inventory workbook and Processing Report are parsed locally in your browser. We do not upload or store raw file bytes, workbook rows, SKUs, or product attribute values. We store limited product analytics and information you intentionally submit, such as an early-access email or contact request.
2. Information we collect
Product analytics
We record events such as landing-page views, file-selection progress, completed analyses, detected error-code categories, price variant shown, checkout intent, and early-access signup. Event data may include an anonymous session identifier, page path, campaign parameters, referring domain, selected offer, file type, row-count range, and issue count.
Information you provide
We store your email address when you join early access. If you answer the optional survey, we also store the error category, urgency, and approximate monthly file volume you select. Contact requests contain the email, topic, and message you submit.
Local browser data
We use local browser storage for an anonymous session identifier, stable A/B price assignment, and first-touch campaign attribution. This keeps the validation experience consistent on your device.
3. Information we deliberately do not collect
Analytics does not contain raw spreadsheet rows, SKUs, ASINs, product titles, product values, Seller Central credentials, or payment-card details. Checkout is not live, and no payment information is requested or processed.
4. How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the validation product.
- Understand which Amazon error workflows and offers are useful.
- Invite interested sellers to early access.
- Respond to support, privacy, and compatibility requests.
- Prevent abuse and troubleshoot service problems.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. The site’s hosting and database infrastructure processes the limited data described above to deliver and secure the service. We do not currently use cross-site advertising trackers or share early-access emails with data brokers.
6. Retention and deletion
Raw files are not retained by us. Early-access, survey, analytics, and contact data is retained while we run and evaluate this product, unless it is no longer needed or you request deletion. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form. We may retain limited records when reasonably necessary for security or legal obligations.
7. Your choices
You can use the file diagnosis without submitting an email. You can clear the site’s local browser data through your browser settings. Any launch or marketing email will include an opt-out method. You may also use the contact form for a privacy request.
8. Security and scope
We use reasonable technical controls, including encrypted transport and limited data collection, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. This business-focused tool is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this notice as the product changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Questions or requests can be sent through our contact page.
